Individual Email Review
Private read-only test for up to 15 emails from the six approved senders during the owner-approved 30-day window. Any one sender trigger qualifies; no FGE, statement, insurance, or policy-phrase rules apply to this Individual profile. The app prepares a short summary, lists attachments, and flags literal date mentions for review. It does not send email or WhatsApp messages and does not create calendar events.

Operating readiness
This is an isolated test Worker, not the production release. Local verification uses synthetic mailbox and attachment fixtures only.
- Active search: only the sender's From header is an eligibility gate. Alibaba OR Starlink OR ClassDojo OR feedbackservices@alibaba OR feedback@services.alibaba OR Binance; no FGE/statement/policy phrase, subject, or attachment requirement. The two prior test messages are excluded by hash, and the result cap is 15.
- Historical test: the Oct 7 FGE query and its run record remain separate for audit and do not contribute rules to this Individual profile. The Individual profile has a separate encrypted seven-day run-status key and blocks duplicate or uncertain retries.
- Summary and attachments: the draft summary uses only the subject and opening email text with sensitive details redacted. Attachments are listed with redacted filenames, type, and size; bytes remain unopened unless a supported file is selected. Literal date mentions and possible deadline wording are unconfirmed review notes, not calendar events.
- Still required before broader release: approved consent/no-contact, escalation, retention/deletion, incident-response and privacy procedures; tenant-isolation review; security review; and a separately authorized deployment.
Future-message monitoring
Monitoring is off because the authorized event service does not currently list Kylie’s exact mailbox as a selectable resource. Connect or restore that specific mailbox through the Mail connection before adding an event monitor. No other mailbox was selected, no polling script was substituted, and no monitoring is active.
Matching messages
Active Individual profile (kylie-individual-six-sender-or-v1): the approved interval is inclusive from 2026-09-25T11:49:07-04:00 through 2026-10-25T11:49:07-04:00. The From header must match any one of (Alibaba OR Starlink OR ClassDojo OR feedbackservices@alibaba OR feedback@services.alibaba OR Binance); there are no FGE, insurance, statement, policy-topic, subject, forwarding, or attachment-presence gates. The exact date window is checked against Gmail's received timestamp.
The Gmail query contains only the six sender alternatives and the approved date bounds. The app requests at most 18 candidates to allow two hashed prior-test exclusions plus the 15-result cap; if more than 17 candidates or another page is indicated, it stops before loading details. Sender matching is rechecked from the From header in message metadata and again in the full message. The body is used only to prepare a redacted draft summary and literal date mentions, not to decide eligibility. No attachment bytes are read during discovery; attachment filenames are redacted and attachment IDs are hidden. Opening a supported file is a separate review action. No calendar event is created.
Reloading restores the separate reusable-profile run status and polls only that status endpoint; it never starts a search. This scope cannot automatically retry after a run starts or becomes uncertain.

Review each summary and any possible date against the original message. The app does not create Gmail drafts, send messages, or write calendar events.
